Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several inconveniences. The staff seemed indifferent, and I encountered issues with noise disruption throughout the night. Additionally, the breakfast setup was disappointing as food ran out quickly without replenishment, leaving me frustrated.

Fantastic Central Location with Cozy Rooms

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double or Twin Room, and I loved the central location. it made exploring Santiago a breeze! The room was spacious and well-kept, and I particularly appreciated the ample breakfast options each morning. The staff was friendly and very helpful with arranging taxi services. However, the absence of an elevator may be a challenge for those with heavy luggage.

i had a lovely stay at this hotel during my trip to santiago. the room was spacious and had a great view of the park and museum. the breakfast was a highlight with fresh pastries and good coffee!

the elevator was out of service.

The location is fantastic for exploring local spots. We enjoyed visiting the nearby museum and discovering cute cafés around the area. The rooms were comfortable, and it's easy to get around with the subway so close.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have more dining options available for families.

I loved that this boutique hotel was just a short walk from Cerro Santa Lucia, where I enjoyed some fantastic park views, and the staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent recommendations on how to navigate the city during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Altiplanico Bellas Artes. The location is fantastic, just a block from the Bellas Artes metro and close to lots of museums and eateries. My room felt modern and spacious with a lovely view of Parque Forestal. The bathroom was nicely designed, although I wish the shower drained better. Breakfast had a nice selection with fresh fruit and good coffee, but they could offer more variety, like pastries or croissants. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. One downside was the noise from the street. it could get pretty loud at night, which made it hard to sleep sometimes. Also, the elevator was out of service during my stay, making it tough for carrying luggage. Overall, I really liked the charm of this boutique hotel despite some minor issues.
